We currently provide shipping services across all seven Emirates of the UAE. Once your order is confirmed, our team works diligently to pack and dispatch your items. You can generally expect your order to be delivered within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, please allow for a slight extension in delivery time.

Shipping Costs

We aim to keep our shipping rates transparent and affordable for our customers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions on orders exceeding a specific value; please check our website banners for current offers.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification with your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery directly through our logistics partner's portal. Delivery Process

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an accurate delivery address, including your building name, floor number, and a reachable contact number. Our delivery partners will contact you via phone or SMS prior to arrival to coordinate the final delivery hand-over. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.

International Shipping

At this time, 2TTOYS.ae focuses exclusively on serving customers within the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the UAE. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to serve our local community of LEGO builders and toy enthusiasts.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your package appears damaged upon delivery or if there is an issue with the contents, please contact us immediately at support@2ttoys.ae. We kindly ask that you keep the original packaging and provide photos of the condition of the box so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
