Powered by 2,304 LEGO Power Functions motors
Uses 4,032 LEGO Technic gears and 2,016 LEGO axles
Has a functional speedometer, rear spoiler, lights, and doors
Reaches speeds of over 20 km/h
And perhaps most impressively: No glue was used. Every part of the car is snapped together, just like a regular LEGO set.
🎯 The Vision Behind the Project
The goal? To prove that LEGO Technic can be more than just a toy. This build showcased how LEGO parts can be used for real-world mechanical engineering—demonstrating creativity, precision, and the strength of Technic’s building system.
It took a team of LEGO designers and engineers over 13,000 hours to design and assemble the car.
And it’s not just a static model—the LEGO Chiron drives, powered by LEGO motors alone. The real Bugatti Chiron has 1,500 horsepower; the LEGO version? About 5.3 horsepower—but every bit as impressive.
