How and when can I pick up my order at 2TToys?

Also during the new Lockdown, which came into effect on 19-12-2021 and lasts until (temporarily) 14-01-2022, you can pick up your order at the 2TToys store in Den Bosch during opening hours . Of course we ask you to comply with the RIVM rules. If you don't feel well... don't come. Collection is possible, but only with a face mask.

1: Order your LEGO, Funko Pop! Cobi and Playmobil online, via Whatsapp or telephone

Order the items you want to pick up in the normal ways, so as you are used to. TIP: to order from 2TToys it is not mandatory to create a customer account. You can save a discount with a customer account! If you are unable to order online for some reason, you can also order via:

2: Choose the delivery method

During the ordering process, select "Send" under delivery method if you want your items sent to your home or "Collect" if you want to pick up your order yourself. You will see that your choice is confirmed and immediately the address of 2TTOYS. Of course, it costs nothing if you pick up your order yourself. You must leave your email address, because this way we will let you know when your order is ready.

3: Choose how you want to pay for your order

Click on "Go to payment" and you will arrive at the screen below. There you can choose the way you want to pay for your order. You can pay in advance via our payment system, but you can also pay when you pick up your set. Click on the circle next to your choice. You can pay in the store in the following ways:

• in cash
• via pin

Confirmation on screen and via email

Once you have made your choice for shipping or collection and the way you want to pay for your order when you pick it up, a confirmation screen will automatically open. You can simply close it after you have checked everything.

You will also automatically receive an email confirming the order. You will see all the details of your order again. We will get started with your order.

When your items are ready to be picked up, we will send you an email.
