One or more LEGO sets based on Mario Kart will be released in 2025. This was recently announced. Not much has been shown yet - a teaser only shows Mario and the contours of a kart. The Mario shown is part of the interactive Mario sets, so it's likely that the Lego Mario Kart set or sets will also feature some form of interaction.
During a more extensive presentation, several other Lego sets based around Mario were also revealed, including a King Boo haunted house and the Bowser Express Train. The presentation can also be viewed in its entirety below.
