Gilmore Girls makes the LEGO Ideas Review again

After 100 days, the Gilmore Girls set made it into the LEGO Ideas Review. Marodipietro 's design once again collected the necessary 10,000 votes from fans and is now the 54th model in the current rating phase. A year ago, the previous model convinced the Ideas Community, but unfortunately not the LEGO designers in Billund. Is the design still being implemented?
The Gilmore Girls Set is a modular replica of Lorelai and Rory's house. The house is modeled after the house in the series, both inside and out: the facade is light blue, the roof is gray and the windows, doors and veranda are white. You can access the inside of the LEGO house by opening the roof, turning the house upside down or taking apart the floors. The house also has a garage and Lorelai's car, the legendary Jeep, is in the driveway.
The 2,953-piece Gilmore Girls set includes nine minifigures of Lorelai, Rory, Dean, Jess, Luke, Sookie, Lane, Emily and Richard, and Paul Anka the dog.
Back in October 2018, the Gilmore Girls - Luke's Diner concept made it into the LEGO Ideas competition and was subsequently rejected. This design was rejected once in March 2022. And now he still has to convince. No changes have been made to the set, so we stick to our assessment from a year ago: the series is no longer so trendy; There are also no new episodes planned, which is why we assume LEGO wouldn't see any success with the set at this point.
